Fatima graduated with a Masters in Dance from Albistur Conservatory of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She founded and still owns Carmen La Sevillana School of international dances in Tucuman, Argentina. The studio won numerous awards in Latin American competitions.

Fatima also founded and owns Lumina Academy of Art and Education in Pasadena, CA, a Multicultural Center where she encourages students to learn different dances from all over the world as a way to get connected with the culture and soul of the people from different regions.

She is currently the leader of "The Butterflies" Dance Troupe.

Fatima's philosophy is to encourage students to love dance and use it as a way to find happiness and freedom.

At Lumina Academy she teaches adults beginning and intermediate bellydancing and also has classes for children ages 4 and up who want to learn to belly dance.
