Pri did her first yoga teacher training in Bhakti Vinyasa flow, California, and completed 500 hrs Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Yoga training in Rishikesh, India. 

While always practicing Yoga from an early age, she has also spent over five years concentrating on Zen Meditation, Belly Dancing and Tai Chi. However, she has found her connection to Yoga to be the most magnetic.  It’s brought many beautiful things to her life – health, peace, joy—the courage to accept, respect and love herself and extend that love and compassion to others.  Yoga to Pri, is a healing practice, one that allows her to reach for her highest truth.  Starting with the breath, the mind, the body – building a sense of wholeness. Believing that "Love is the strongest medicine." (Neem Karoli Baba) This is how she is served and desires to serve others. 
 
Her guidance through Vinyasa Flow is committed to help one to find his or her own breathing, focus and intention building strength and flexibility. She hopes to serve her students’ personal journey of transformation with grace and love. 

She currently teaches at Los Angeles Belly Dance Academy and private classes.
