Having captured audiences worldwide often performing for Royalty and Head of State.  Born in Corinthos, Greece she has taken her talents to 11 countries. You too will appreciate her multicultural approach to the art form. She also teaches Latin dance and Yoga.

Her teaching style is easy to follow, yet classes are challenging, fast paced and rewarding as she assists students in creating muscle memory by strengthening the mind/body connection through her exciting workout class "Bellyrobics" or "XoomHips". Otherwise you can learn the ancient and feminine art of Belly Dancing. This Class focuses on basic movement, veil, zills and isolations from countries throughout the Middle East and Mediterranean. Technique is taught and drilled in each class and strung together to create mini-choreographies. Classes held in Arcadia, Monrovia and City of Commerce in California

She also teaches classes in YOGA, A unique method of conditioning that allows you to reshape and harmonize your body. Yoga Vinyas - series based on breathing and poses to work the entire body. This therapeutic approach will create a strong center with firm arms and legs and a healthy back in a one-hour format. A modified version is simultaneously demonstrated for those with limited flexibility and strength.
